Christophe von Krause

Christophe von Krause is a partner in the White & Case international arbitration group, based in Paris. He has extensive experience of the major arbitration rules and institutions, such as the ICC, SIAC, LCIA, SCC, and ad hoc arbitration, including under the UNCITRAL rules. He also advises on pre-arbitration disputes and settlement agreements. His sector experience focuses, in particular, on infrastructure, construction, oil and gas, and corporate disputes. Christophe is head of the Africa dispute practice and has a track-record of disputes in Africa. He has also worked in various other jurisdictions worldwide, in particular in Asia, Russia, Central and Eastern Europe. He often represents Asian clients in these disputes. He teaches arbitration classes at Paris University.
