Hiromi is an Associate at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu, based in Tokyo, Japan. She received her law degree from Hitotsubashi University, also in Tokyo. Admitted to the Japanese Bar in 2011, Ms. Ando has become a specialist in international commercial construction law matters. She regularly gives lectures in English and Japanese on various topics in international construction law, such as the role or lawyers and experts in international construction arbitration, PPP projects, and PFIs.
